I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in a Double Room. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcome, and the food was truly outstanding, especially the varied breakfast options and delicious evening meals. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impressive as well. the shower pressure could use some improvement for an even better experience.

We had booked a twin room, but it was so cramped that we could barely move between the beds. It was infuriating to notice other guests enjoying larger spaces with sofas and complimentary bottled water. When we asked the reception about it, they rudely told us that if we had booked directly, we would have received an upgrade. For what we paid, I expected at least the basics to be met, and it was incredibly disappointing.
